The suit he is wearing is a medium and a large would be best if he planned to add many layers under it. The medium fit on him is snug but comfortable. His wears a 34x32 pant and a size large shirt. From what we have seen it's best to size according to the shirt size you typically wear. This will give you the ability to add layers underneath. Without any additional layering these are very nice in 40 degrees and above. With a handful of layers under and they are warm up to whatever level of layering you're able to do. If the temps are much warmer than 60 degrees you will be hot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdvantages Of A Flight Suit:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlight suits offer a few strong advantages for cold weather flying. Firstly, the biggest advantage is a lack of gaps between the entire thing from top to bottom. Traditional jacket and pants leave a gap at your hip whihc allows for cool air to come in, and warm air to go out. This usually isn't a big deal, but our enviroment is slightly different due to the constant cool breeze we experience while flying. The flight suit being one continuous layter makes it easier to be warm and stay warm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHip Hook:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flight suit comes equipped with a metal hook on the pilots right hip so you can still attach and use our Leg Flight Deck.
