Product Pre-Orders:

If you have pre-ordered one of our products in development please be mentally prepared for adjustments in timeline, deliverables, or possible outcomes in early-stage development efforts. 

We expect customers to stand by their commitment to support the effort while knowing and understanding the intricacies of creating new products in a niche market like paramotoring. PPG Smoke is mutually obligated to deliver, and our track record has proven we've done so.

Pre-production products in development are not eligible for a refund. This includes completed orders as a means of inventory allocation on PPGSmoke.com, or with one of our distribution partners. 

For those of you who have a desire to retract your commitment or pre-order pledge, your best option is to resell the goods once they are received. If you've changed your mind about the pre-order or purchase; please note that the transaction is final. No exceptions will be made.

 

CO2 International Shipping:

CO2 is an ORMD classification import/export and will not clear international customs. No international orders ship with CO2.
