Thank you for choosing PPGSmoke.com for your paramotor accessories. We stand behind our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
Coverage
PPGSmoke.com ("we," "us," or "our") warrants the following products: U Float, Dual Float, Chase Cam, Strobe, Strobe System, Lamels, Headset, and Smoke System (collectively referred to as "Products") against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality).
- Misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wearable components that degrade over time, such as pumps, seals, or other high-wear parts.
- Batteries, including those in headsets and smoke systems, due to their consumable nature.
If a part wears down from normal use and causes performance issues, we may offer a discounted replacement based on its condition.
Terms & Claims
- Valid only for the original purchaser who bought the product from PPGSmoke.com or an authorized retailer.
- Non-transferable and applies only to the original product purchased.
- PPGSmoke.com reserves the right to inspect and evaluate warranty claims before approving a repair or replacement.
- If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
- If the product is discontinued, we may offer a comparable replacement.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to PPGSmoke.com for warranty service. We cover return shipping for valid claims within the contiguous U.S.
